Cancellation Policy: You have seven days from the booking date to cancel your photoshoot and receive a full refund. Exceptions may be granted at the photographer's discretion.

Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your photoshoot up to three weeks before the original date, unless otherwise specified by the photographer.

Yes, you can bring anyone you want to the photoshoot. However please be advised that some gyms/locations will ask to pay for entry. Please inform Mak Freeman if you are planning to bring anyone to the shoot.

The shoot itself takes around 2 hours. But everything depends on the location and how quickly we start. I always suggest securing at least 3 hours from start to finish

After the photoshoot you will receive proofing for review only and pick your favourites within 7 days.

After you selected your favourite, the final images will be sent within 14 days via WeTransfer or Dropbox.
