Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session with Mak Freeman Photography, you agree to our terms and conditions, which are attached to your booking confirmation email. Please review these terms thoroughly. Your booking signifies acceptance of these terms as a legally binding contract.

Group Shoot Agreement

As the coach, you are responsible for ensuring the agreed number of participants for the photoshoot. Should there be any dropouts, you are required to cover the cost of these clients to maintain the agreed number.

If you booked a date and I am unavailable for any reason, I will get in touch to rearrange and reschedule for a different date.

Booking Deposit

The booking deposit will secure your date and reserve your spot for the photoshoot. Please note that gym or studio rental fees are excluded from the total price of the photoshoot and will be added as an additional cost in the invoice.

Payment and Invoicing

An invoice will be sent to the coach with the outstanding amount for the rest of the payment. A non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations are allowed 7 days after the shoot has been booked and reserved.

FAQ’s

  • Yes, you can. You can cancel or reschedule your photoshoot within 7 days prior to the photoshoot. Any cancellations within the 7 days can result in losing the deposit. Please contact Mak Freeman for any changes or urgencies at hello@makfreeman.com or 07507224270

  • Yes, you can bring anyone you want to the photoshoot. However please be advised that some gyms/locations will ask to pay for entry. Please inform Mak Freeman if you are planning to bring anyone to the shoot.

  • The shoot itself takes around 2 hours. But everything depends on the location and how quickly we start. I always suggest securing at least 3 hours from start to finish

  • After the photoshoot you will receive proofing for review only and pick your favourites within 7 days.

    After you selected your favourite, the final images will be sent within 14 days via WeTransfer or Dropbox.

  • Yes.

  • Yes, however not advisable.

    The photoshoot is a personal experience that you most likely prefer to have on your own.

    Unless both of you agree and are happy to shoot together while splitting the number of images between yourself.
